All products are under warranty by the manufacturer. There are no other warranties offered by Simply4Kids. We are not responsible for abuse or damage caused by the customer due to mistreating items. Products that are reported defective within 14 days of your receipt will be replaced or refunded. Products thar are reported defective after the 14 days will not be refunded or exchanged so we encourage you to please go over your products when you receive them to make sure they are clear of any defects.
Returns on products will be taken within the 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Returns on products over $200 are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Products must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition. Any products that have been used or opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and return shipping fees will be billed to your credit card. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We suggest that you get insurance on the products when shipping them back.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Customers must email support@simply4kids.net or call to receive a return authorization - 304 872 2124. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted or returned to you at your expense.
